Lulu is a refugee from Hurricane Sandy. When her owners were displaced from their home, she and her brothers, Blondie and Tommy found themselves at a temporary shelter. With the temporary shelter soon to be closing, Lulu and her brothers found solace through HUG rescue group. Through HUG, they found their way to us.  Tommy and Blondie have already found homes, but Lulu still waits for hers.  Lulu suffers from a neurologic disease which was caused by a virus when she was very young. It is not contagious and has no effect on her longevity -- she's just a little off balance sometimes! Otherwise she is a sweet, shy girl.
