Topper, a senior tabby, was found and brought to the Patricia H. Ladew Foundation. He is warm and sweet and longing for a home of his own. Topper would apply to our Seniors for Seniors program where if adopted by a senior, medical costs within reason would be covered by a participating veterinarian.
