FINN FINALLY GOES HOME!

After months of pneumonia, hospitalization, oxygen, endless treatments and a diagnosis of growth hormone deficiency, our little fighter finally made it home.

And best of all, she’s reunited with her brother, Mako — and they are already making up for lost time.

We are so grateful to every donor who helped us give Finn the care she needed to get here. You were part of this happy ending.
