Milton was found on the streets of NYC by a Good Samaritan. He was very sick with an upper respiratory infection and was brought to (and left at) The Schwarzman Animal Medical Center. Once he was healthy, AMC reached out to us for placement.

Milton is the protector of cats. If he thinks a cat is being harmed in anyway, he dons his superman cape and comes to the rescue (which sometimes made treatment of kitties who need meds a little tricky!).

We met Ray several years ago at Cat Camp in NYC. At that time, we had a sweet diabetic kitty with us who, coincidentally, was also named Ray. Two-footed Ray fell in love with four-footed Ray and the pair formed a strong bond. Sadly, feline Ray crossed over the Rainbow Bridge recently and Ray had his eye on Milton.

On Saturday, Feb. 11, 2023, Ray and Adriana came to meet Milton and we’re happy to say that Milton scored a goal with this family! Ray and Adriana also brought a picture of feline Ray for our shelter and lots of toys and goodies for the other kitties. We’re going to miss Milton but are so happy for him — he has a whole new family to protect now.
