At 9 years old, Olive Tree found himself facing an uncertain future when his owner lost their home and could no longer care for him. He was brought to Animal Care Centers of NYC, where he waited for a second chance.

Thankfully, Olive Tree was transferred to Ladew, and we promised him that his story wouldn’t end there.

We’re thrilled to share that just two days ago, Olive Tree’s happy ending arrived! He has been adopted and is settling into a loving new home where he can enjoy the comfort, stability, and affection every senior cat deserves.

Stories like Olive Tree’s remind us that no matter their age, senior cats still have so much love to give—and there are wonderful people willing to open their hearts to them.
